Septic Repair
Septic Repair in Centerton, AR
From sewage backups to failing drain fields, we diagnose the real cause first — then give you an honest repair-or-replace recommendation and a firm price.
Problems we fix
Most septic trouble shows up as one of these five issues. Whatever you're dealing with, the honest first step is finding out what's actually wrong.
Sewage backup
Waste backing up into the lowest drains, tubs, or toilets is the most urgent repair we see. It usually points to a full tank, a clogged line, or a failing drain field. Stop running water and call — a backup only gets worse the longer the system stays under load.
Drain field / lateral line failure
When the drain field stops absorbing effluent, you'll see soggy ground, standing water, or bright green grass over the laterals, often with odors. Ozark soil is shallow and unforgiving, so we diagnose carefully before recommending anything — sometimes a field can be rested and recovered, sometimes lines need repair or replacement.
Baffle repair
Inlet and outlet baffles keep solids and scum inside the tank where they belong. When a baffle cracks, corrodes, or falls off, solids escape toward the drain field and shorten its life. Baffle repairs are relatively inexpensive and can prevent a much larger failure down the road.
Septic alarms
A blaring alarm on a pump or aerobic system means the float has tripped — often a failed pump, a stuck float, or a power issue. Don't just silence it and hope. We test the pump, floats, and controls to find out why it triggered and what it will take to fix it.
Standing water
Persistent wet spots or pooling over the tank or drain field are a classic sign of a system that can no longer handle its load. We locate the source before quoting, because the fix for surface water over the tank is very different from a drain field that has reached the end of its life.

Repair vs. replacement
Not every problem means a new system. Many issues are genuine repairs — and we will always tell you honestly which one you're facing. The difference in cost is significant, so an accurate diagnosis matters.
Repair
$600–$3,000
Baffles, pumps, alarms, line clogs, and many drain field issues.
Replacement
$5,000–$15,000+
A full drain field or system replacement when repair is no longer viable.
Our promise is simple: we diagnose the real problem and recommend the least expensive fix that will actually last. We'd rather earn your trust than oversell you a system you don't need.
Grant help may be available
Because failing septic systems can affect the Illinois River watershed, programs run by H2Ozarks and the Illinois River Watershed Partnership (IRWP) sometimes help qualifying homeowners pay for repairing or replacing a failing system. Eligibility depends on your location and situation.
Almost no competitor mentions this — but it can make a real difference on a large repair. Call and ask whether your property might qualify, and we'll point you in the right direction.
